After 15 years at T-Mobile (121) and year on year diminishing customer service quality * we (me and wife) decided 2 years ago to leave at the end of the minimum contract period. Today we gave them notice that our last day would be 31.12.2012 and got our PAC code.
So what's out there? Would specifically like to go sim only for both of us, need free mins and about 1G data. Have seen VM 1200m/unlimited text/1G data for £12pcm on a rolling 30 contract. My question is, is there anything currently better?
* wifes HTC desire HD was faulty out of the box, reported fault within 10 days and they advised resetting the phone. Problem resurfaced within a week and it was sent away and returned "whiped". Problem arose again 6 weeks later and phone was sent away again (T-mobile claim it needs to returned 3 tines with the same fault before they will replace and if its a different issue then that doesn't count). Phone was returned whiped with new flash card. Long story short this went on for 6 months whereby they told us it was outside of the 6month period and there was nothing they could do. Phone is fixed now by our own means.
