PAC codes and moving networks

I'm a t-mobile PAYG customer but recently I've got a new sim only deal.

I'd like to keep my old PAYG phone number

What is the easiest way of doing this?

Ring the network and ask for a PAC code? This should be in the mobile phone forum by the way.

yer but say I ring orange then move to them

is there a certain amount of time I have to stay with them as a PAYG customer?

You should have any minimum tie ins, my girlfriend is currently with T-Mobile, I got an amazing sim only deal with T-Mobile that got her the same for £5 a month, when ehr contract is up in October she'll PAC her number from T-Mobile to o2 PAYG, then the day of transfer, call o2 for a PAC and get back to T-Mobile within a week of ordering her T-Mobile PAC code
