hi guys.

Was playing Mad Max today, was just seeing how performance was for crossfire etc..when I noticed right down the bottom of my graphs my pagefile usage in the yellow.

Is this a problem? should I increase it etc? how do I increase it? Only reason I ask is because in Witcher 3 of late I've been getting horrible stutters every now and again. Could this be the cause?

If you don't know, and you have never touched it, it will be being handled automatically and you don't need to worry about it (unless the disk it's on has run out of space).

You don't need to increase it basically, windows does that for you, unless you have manually turned it off, or set it to a fixed size.

512mb page file is big enough if you have 8gb ram or more.
I set mine to initial size 512mb maximum size 1048 on the ssd.

MSI afterburner's understanding of pagefile is a little fudged. I'm not sure what it is measuring but it aint the size of your pagefile.

Also that yellow line means whatever it is measuring is above the max value that the graph can show. The ranges of the graphs can be fairly arbitrary too.

Yea just had a look at mine says 2400mb my page file is currently set at 512-1024 it's not accurate monitoring.
