Pain when running.

Hi guys,

I've been doing my new diet/exercise routine for around 3 weeks now, however when I'm running on the treadmill after about 25 minutes I start to get really bad pains in my groin, It's because my legs are chaffing together. I used sudocream to get rid of the pain but I was wondering is there any sort of clothing I could wear to prevent this?
 
Vaseline the inside of your thighs :) You'll feel dirty, but it works.

Also try talcum powder, or plasters.

Weird, I've never managed to chaff my legs together when running.

Only ever happened once with me tbh, during Singapore marathon. Very humid, lots of sweat and didn't take more than a few rubs to start a sweat rash. Never want to risk that amount of discomfort again, so I lube up as a matter of course now. Ooo-err!
 
Cheers fellas I just ordered two pairs of under armour shorts, I'll try the other methods until they arrive though.
 
Gahh the dreaded jock rot! So painful. Follow the advice here and you'll be fine. The problem I have is with my penis chafing my knee caps though :(.
