I can't believe some of the coincidences here. My first four ideas were:

Scene in Dogma where Bartleby is killing everyone.
The bit in Short Circuit 2 where Johnny Five swings from the crane.
Cup being dropped in The Usual Suspects.
Trojan Rabbit in Holy Grail.

All have been done. Not just the films, but those scenes. Spooky.
