Paint flashing?

I did have to switch to a more expensive mini roller as I was getting a different finish from a cheapo, vs a decent large roller.

A better one saves time anyway so its probably worth it

I also had similar issues with framing, but no where near as bad as here. I have switched now so i try to work like when using sheen paints, Ie keep a wet edge
So I am constantly switching between brush/mini/large roller and working around. Just requires a little thought on where to start, i find this dramatically reduces any issues with paint. I found the endurance type paints can suffer a similar framing, or surface difference if you allow part to dry then try to blend into it.
Its also a little less repeatative not having to just do miles of edging in one go.

Yeah, that's what I ended up doing in the end. I'll be painting another room this saturday and plan to do 99% of it with rollers alone. Luckily I have a good mini roller from the dulux store.
