Well the palit is probably standard clocks where as the XFX and the BFG are overclocked, and they will have better warranty etc... than the palit, but you'll be able to clock the palit as well.

imo opinion its worth the extra for resale value
BFG's sell well second hand due to warranty
even if this is not transferable or not
EVGA offer a step up so you can get next gen up whitin 90 days.
