Very excited, upgrading from a 37" Samsung A565.

I sit around about 9 feet from the screen so hopefully no more squinting when playing BC2!!!!

Can't wait to see a blu ray on it either... No more nasty backlight showing its self in dark scenes :D

Yea, just thought I would vent as I am very excited!

If your as happy with yours as I have been with my P42G20B, you will be well chuffed.

Had mine since December. Stuck it in THX mode, all enhancements off, and left it at that. SKY HD looks great (Content permitting) and Blu-Rays are stunning. Picture just kept on improving over the first few months.

SD stuff can be a bit naff, but thats to be expected.

Enjoy your new TV :)

******...

Ordered and my order number is 666 lol.

This can only end in tears :(

So, I paid £572 and shipping was free. It's a manufacturer refurb, but has 12 month warrenty so worst come to worst I am covered at least for a year. Will prob buy extended warrenty to be honest.

Enjoy the TV I have the same one and it's been great and not a single problem, when you get it make sure to update it's firmware to the firmware on this thread Version 2.705 and you can only get that latest update in the way I explain in that thread. It fixes a lot of the strange bugs some have had with the tv and makes sure Iplayer won't drop out while playing too.

Cheers for that mate :D Much appreciated, will apply after I have got it installed and stuff.

Thanks

Been enjoying mine for a few months now. Paired up with a BDT110 Blu-Ray from Panasonic too, Dark Knight iMax scenes are immense!! :D

Even better was i got mine (as did Purgatory) for pretty much the same price as yours from new, the BDT110 player came with 4 x 3D blurays (Avatar and a few others) which i flogged on ebay to cover the cost of the player (well, player was £114 and i got £100 for blurays), then lo and behold, another set of blu-rays came through my door today so they are going on ebay too! :D :D
