Panasonic Viera Connect - Anyone having issues?

Good afternoon guys,

I work for an ISP and we're noticing a lot of calls relating to Panasonic Viera TVs - issues connecting to the Viera Connect services.

Anyone noticing a fault? :)
 
I use it infrequently for watching iPlayer or the odd YouTube vid and have never had any connectivity problems. Mind you I've not used it in a couple of weeks. Just fired it up now and it's working.

I'm on Cable & Wireless / MurphX LLU ADSL
 
We're getting a lot of reports of 'cannot connect to server', double-checked all settings.

It seems fairly consistent - any users with the issue seem to have it on a continuous basis.

Time to have a word with the IT gods and see if it's blocked or something :)
 
Worked fine for me yesterday, a 2011 model (so one of the first with Viera Connect), connected via ethernet and Be*.

...have you directed your users to tell the TV to check for any software updates? My viera connect stopped working for a while, insisting first on an update.
