You need space exploration. Build batteries until you have enough power.

Edit: Actually, it's not a lack of power. It's because you don't have enough spare clips. Dismantle your drones or factories to get some spare clips.

Dismantle all drones and factories, it's the 5oct clips you need to progress (possibly power too if funds still short)

As above you need to disassemble factories and drones. You have more clips than is needed to progress.

It’s normally best not to over do the drones or factories unless you’re trying to complete it in one sitting. Aim for 5k drones and about 30 factories plus auto starting strategic modelling. This way you can leave it over night, have work/think set to half way and in the morning you’ll have shed loads of yomi and you can ramp up the ops to max 300 and the processors as high as possible (whatever’s left). This makes the last stage really quick and easy, otherwise you’re sat for ages waiting for stuff to gradually build up.

Completed it... Maxxed out the clips and got to the re-start options, then closed it. Not doing that again.
