Whenever I see a 4th movie, I always think of Superman and Jaws and get a cold chill. To negate the effect, I try and think of Rocky 4......................Aagh! That's better.

1 and 2, great. Fantastic subtle horror, that was more what you couldn't see and what you could hear that was meant to freak you out. Was brilliant

3 was just over the top, full of over the top effects and predictable stuff to try and make you jump

4 will no doubt be garbage, that said, I'll still watch it in the hope I am wrong

Considering this one is focused on the woman from the first one coming back, I think you're wrong.

These films are like watching paint dry. So predictable, slow and doesn't really full fill the role of horror/thriller

Find these films quite predictable and non scary. The first one gave me the odd jump but now I know what to expect. Still, I'll be watching it with some lady or another and they always hold on tight when the evil starts
