Parcel force update...

Hi, Folks the driver from parcel force been here and admitted to signing for my parcel himself and leaving it in the snow round the back now its gone! what shall i do ? i bought off a seller on ebay. any suggestions ? because my blood is boiling...

i called parcel force the lady on the phone said the manager will call me sometime today. so do i have to put a claim in ? or does the seller have to do that ?

Put in a complaint, there's no way that you or the seller should have to foot the bill when it's entirely down to the idiot that parcel force has employed.

Edit: Don't worry about a claim, this isn't a lost piece of mail, this is lazyness, incompetence and possibly even a bit of fraud.

thanks for that mate i live with 4 other people in a house so i assume one of them may have it but i cant acuse anyone. I will send the seller a msg asking him put a claim in.

Hi, Folks i dont know where to start i bought a printer off ebay that was being delivered by parcelforce. I sent the guy off ebay a message saying on friday that i have not received it!!! he said its been signed for by me! he sent me delivery details even with a signature that i never signed for. I asked the neighbours if they had signed for it they said NO, anyway i was at work yesterday had a call from the guy who lives in the house with me bedsits! saying he found my printer round the back in the garden that has obviously been signed for by the driver OMG! what shall i do about this? all the packaging is wet where the printer was left in the snow! what you guys suggest i do ? cheers dan
