Your half right by the sounds of it, He has said they signed for it in both threads, However then it gets messy, in the thread of the 10th he says he has the parcel and its packaging is wet.

Today though he has never received the item and wants to know if he can claim for it.

That's how I read it anyway.

Was just going to post that I could have sworn he started a thread the other day saying he got a parcel whcih had been left in the snow by a PF driver.

I recommended he keep the item and pretend it wasn't there, seems he took my advice!
