Hope this isnt the case for me ive got a bloody pair of speakers coming and they arnt going to be exactly small and i dont exactly trust the bloody neighbours either.
 
Umm according to that website royal mail dont deliver on Good Friday. This morning I got a parcel through first class mail, and then about 2 hrs ago I got my credit card statement and another letter, all normal mail.

Today is good friday aint it....?????
 
Im waiting for post from Royal Mail but it hasn't turned up. Bit late now for it, so im guessing its just luck if you get some today.

So am I, still waiting. Although the postman here usually comes about 3pm, so he'd be early if he was here by now!
 
ah well i have come to terms with the fact i wont be getting my speakers untill tuesday, i will be having words though as they were paid for at the weekend with a garuntee of a 48hr delivery term they could have been posted monday or tusday and mine by wednesday, thursday at the latest.

You live in Scotland where public holidays get interpreted differently. For instance, we are not delivering/collecting today, but we are delivering tomorrow. Our Aberdeen depot is going to run a "Saturday service" today instead and then just have 3 days off on the trot instead of breaking a 4 day holiday with 1 day of work.

So most (all) people in England should not really get deliveries today, but may get them tomorrow via RM or via courier if they have paid extra for Saturday delivery.

The OP will not get his Parcelforce delivery today.
 
No Royal Mail today I’m afraid so I can’t see how you got your letters tbh. Normal service on Saturday, Monday is another public holiday so no post again and back to normal on Tuesday :)


Oh noticed you are from Scotland this maybe why you got some letters I believe they have different holidays Ill look into it :D


Edit/ Seems you shouldn’t get any mail today only different holiday it seems is Easter Monday.
