Parcelforce Woes

Hi, I have an order from OcUK coming with ParcelForce and the tracking is giving strange results.... :

04-08-2011 03:19 International Hub Received and processed
03-08-2011 01:41 National Hub Received and processed
02-08-2011 21:38 National Hub Received and processed
29-07-2011 22:09 International Hub Received and processed
29-07-2011 19:29 Stoke Depot Tracked out of Local Hub


So, it was in the International Hub, checked twice in the National Hub, and back to the International Hub??? The ordered is destined to Malta.
 
Might have had an internal flight from East Midlands to somewhere else in the UK before being shipped out of the UK ?
 
The national hub and internal hun may be in the same building/site and just be sorted between the two.

I wouldnt worry until you get it as watching tracking isnt always that helpful. I have had items arrive before the tracking system has even been up dated to say they have had them,
 
Thanks for the reply guys. One time with ParcelForce, I got two items from my order stolen (someone tore the box and stole the HDD and RAM). OcUK resent the items but it was quite a hassle. It's just that I don't want this order to get messed up too!

I am now having the same problem on the same day, my parcel came back to National Hub from International, but my parcel was sent to Germany. have you got any update from Parcelforce ?

How similar we are :)) it seems to be a strangest case I have ever encountered

I recently missed a delivery from Parcelforce for some wheels so instead of having it redelivered I arranged to pick it up from the depot in Cambuslang. The depot opens at 8 and I start work at 8:30 , so I arrived at 8am entered the lobby area to collect the parcel. I ring the bell and no one answers I wait... ring the bell no answer. Its now 8:15 am, I can see the people next door they can see me but they choose to ignore me. So I phone the number and someone picks up I can hear their voice through the glass and they can hear me so I read out the card number she then advises me that its not a valid number. I read the number again she then advises me for the second time that it’s not a valid number at this point I can see her as well as hear her.. I then point out that I am next door and invited her round to read the card at which point she advises me that she will send someone round to view my card. 8:25am somebody else comes round and sorts out my parcel.
I was livid the lady was less than 15 feet away but wouldn’t get off her seat to sort my problem and had I not phoned no one would have attended to me.
