Parental Control for Android Tablet?

So my 10yr old niece has got a Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 as a present and I'm trying to set up some parental controls on it. Not familiar with android but so far have set some restrictions.

Set up admin account / password protected
Set up a restricted account for the child
removed apps and allowed apps that she can use
any new apps need to be downloaded by admin and then cab allow access to restricted account

Now the internet, this is where i'm struggling a bit as cant seem to find any parental controls on the Internet app or Google app, so is fully unrestricted.

Are there any parental controls for the browser? safe search or whatever to filter out violence, porn etc Also we don't want her going on facebook etc

Or do I need to download a different browser and disable the other 2? I downloaded Safe Search Browser but for some reason wont work in the restricted profile.

Any other tips?

I think family.qustodio.com will do exactly what you want.

I would look at setting up a new DNS through OpenDNS Home.
If you register, you can whitelist/blacklist access to your heart's content

I have to say - I'm impressed with the Windows parental controls. I'm much happier letting my 5 year old use my Windows 8.1 tablet than an Android device.
