Parental control software that blocks https

a friend runs a nursery and was happily using AVG family protection until they realized HTTPS was not blocked.... (

is there better software that people use that will block https?

K9 web protection, netnanny and avg all fall down on https

open DNS seems to be way too hard to allow anything (since a lot of sites require scores of sub sites to work)...
