Have a Netgear Nighthawk R8000P.

Netgear have teamed up with 'Cirle' for their parental controls. This is a subscription based service.

I've tried playing with some settings within the device, but can't crack it.

Is this something PiHole could do at the DNS level?

Basically I want to block certain sites from certain devices at (between) specific times.

For example, block YouTube from my daughter's Firestick & laptop between 19:00 - 10:00

Check out Untangle. It’s pretty much the simplest option for this. They do a free Home licence or a rather better home licence for about £35 per year.
