They would have to get a CCJ in order to instruct baliff action and any court would laugh them out the door if they tried.
Bin it, or for fun post it back to them "Not known at this address" etc

It'll be interesting to know the outcome of this.
It seems like they're just trying to threaten you into paying the fine.
I normally park with the drivers side slightly over the next bay.
I'd never do it in an even mildly busy car park though, someone is bound to key the car.


The last paragraph isn't very interesting, it's a company trying its best to disparage good advice as it blows their business model to ****.
Yeah but what happens if you do seek proper legal advice? Surely any decent solicitor is just going to instruct you to put the "fine" straight in the shredder?

And rest assured, if it was busy I'd be parking my shed 3" from your car, and watching you climb through your passenger door.![]()

Luckily I don't live in a ***** area like Lancashire so no chance of that happening unless you've come down South to appear on Jeremy Kyle or something.![]()
