Parking ticket, bin?

UKPC manage the parking around my block and I received a PCN from them around 6 months ago. Needless to say it was filed under shred and now they might be taking me to court :rolleyes:.
 
Yes, it actually said might be. They kindly offered me the discounted rate again, if I don't agree to their final offer they 'might' take me to court :o.

That's the thing, you just don't know.

They've probably sent another letter, threatening the possible damages if they bother to commence court proceedings and on the offchance they win. Time to start quaking in your boots.
 
If they do take you to court, take £1.50 in small change and offer them that as fair recompense for the costs your awry parking incurred them.
