looks like I've got to turn the PCs not on when they are not in use and overnight!
damnit!

I'll try and hide a few in my room where no-one will see them!

blasted TV, some buggers been watching those damn greenie programmes!

I've heard they aren't nearly as good as they say. Probably better to get green electricity from a supplier (we just changed to the purely hydroelectric option with scottish power). They invest in real options then, like offshore wind power.

if £2k outlay would power all my PCs 24/7 100% 365 day a year then I'd do it.
but it won't

huddys got me!

damnit
was expecting 4-5 WUs today. now I got 0

Yes and no - if you get the b&q one, then yes not quite as good in 'real' location but still has a counter inflation payback of 7-10 years (less if you live on a hill without trees or scotland)

Alturnative non-planning permision turbines are about the same cost but with better returns of 5-7 years.

These are covered under planning like putting a sky dish up on your house.

But there are others that give you a 3-5 year payback (but can't be mounted on most 2 story houses as 'thrust' would cause instability). They need planning so not as striaght forward more expensive outlay but more gain.

Edit: the 'green' lecky is also a good option, and off shore farms do work very efficiently but massive upfront costs (but no more that a normal powerstation)

I've outperformed huddy so far this week by about 200 points (not my RAC as thats over the month) so it looks like I'm out of your grasp for now!
also, theres a guy in my sights (5 days left) but not gonna say who till I'm sure I've got him!
