Anybody know what the situation will be if I part-exchange my flat for a new build while the flat is up for sale with an agent?
The market round here is dire and there's very little/no interest in the flat so Part-ex seems like a good way of getting shot of it. There's a withdrawal period with the agent if I want to pull out but how does doing part-ex affect it?
Going to try and get a hold of the agent tomorrow if they are open to ask but hoping someone might have been in a similar situation to shed some light.
