Partition alignment

Just upgraded my M4 SSD 128g to a Sammy 840 256g - but now my partition alignment is out of whack - what's the simplest and cheapest way of realigning please?

I often use Easeus Todo Backup (Free) for disc cloning and backing up partitions.

It has an option "Optimise for SSD", which I assume makes sure partitions are aligned correctly.
