Parvum Systems case issue (resolved)

If he hasn't I'm well behind parvum if they say they're not refunding that, ridiculous postage costs, and if the parcel now gets lost and there's no receipt, how woudl you claim on the insurance?

Even more so when they had already informed him why additional parts were sent RM rather than UPS.

The biggest QC issues such as the wrong colour mid wall and missed bolt holes had been fixed and addressed.

The tooling marks mentioned and the engraving are certainly not as bad as they look. We will compare the new to the old to show the difference under video and natural lighting. You can easily see a huge white flash bulb on the black acrylic making it almost non black in the photo. Imagine how this effects the engraving

Anyone read this?

Sending a black motherboard tray and the panel with the USB screw holes is NOT a fix! I still have an unaligned GPU and soundcard, 120mm fan holes with white marking and a small gap under the case to pass through my corsair braided cables + the SSD location that dont show anything.

Regarding sending the "fixes" through Royal Mail instead of UPS, I think its totally unfair. I paid for UPS shipping through Parvum website to get my case as soon as possible BUT ended up waiting for over a month now for the panels to arrive.

Its not my fault that they missed up the case, they are forcing me to wait for a longer time because of the mistakes they did.

Why are you still going off on one? I'm getting confused now.

They're redoing you the case, just try and remain patient a little longer and you'll have the case you originally wanted I'm sure.

To be honest, I wouldn't have even bothered creating this thread. I would have simply done the email and left it at that - no need to go public!

I also asked Parvum about their shipping address TWICE in this thread, nobody replied. So I shipped the case when someone posted their address

Ah yes sorry you are right, missed the bit where they wanted to compare.
 
Yes you did ask for an address, but to be fair before spending so much money on shipping you should have agreed the cost with Parvum as that's an insane amount. Is there no other cheaper option in Qatar than UPS?

It's between you and Parvum at the end of the day, but you really should have agreed such a high cost first if you expect a refund on shipping fees.

The cheapest option will be 4 - 8 weeks delivery.

Anyways I know they wont be refunding the money. Lets see how will the new case look like and if all the issues are addressed.

Ill accept half the shipping costs refund.

Well damn yes that is crazy high postage. At that cost it would probably be better to have never seen the case again :(, at least we can post comparison photos etc. For us to ship to the client via UPS (the same service) it was $120, 2-4 day shipping. I guess that's the benefit of third part parcel companies rather than using UPS direct.

Anyway this is continuing to become more of a nightmare than expected. We still need to address the first issue and fix the case in hand. At this point it would have been a much better business decision to just refund the customer and not have the case returned.

Well lets see what we can do at least to show our quality is normally much higher and go from there.

Can we stick to email to discuss money for postage & any further logistics.

I will only post the new case photos here now.
 
Will do, you can have more time building the case the case. I wrote in a previous post that you can take a month or a month and a half ..I understand its hard to build.

And yes, I was quiet surprised when they told me the shipping cost.
