** PARVUM SYSTEMS CUSTOM PARTS **

And that is the other reason why I like the case.
The guys behind it are open to new ideas and aware of there limitations.
When was the last time you read a vendor rep opening post that was balanced.

Edit

It's odd as the S1.0 case I have, has some tooling marks
But instead of the small 'error' being a reason for RMA - it actually adds to the case
In my humble view it makes it a crafted product instead of a factory clone.
but then I've always loved the arts and crafts movement and Wabi-sabi
Remember this is the S1.0 made on the old machine

They need a latch side window for easy entry to pc components.

We are trying to figure out an easy access way for the window and possibly the PSU side. A strong magnet system did come to mind but our nickle plated brass cubes would sadly be non-magnetic.

Where are the atx cases? Need some full size love

This actually sounds very appealing to me, When they come out with a full sized version I'll possibly invest in one :)

Is there a full ATX variant in the pipeline?

We are of course working hard in any spare time/evenings on full size cases. We are looking at what would be a larger S2.0 to suit ATX with a 360mm in the front plus a number of new features. ETA is approximately set to first quarter 2015.

Could this case do GTX980 reference cards in SLI on air?

I personally don't know enough about the temps with the 980 cards but I do hear they don't run THAT hot. We ran a system with 2 x 780's on air and just used some nice powerful fans in the front of the case to blow plenty of air over the GPUs. No problem for every day gaming, we did start to see some pretty high temperatures when running the heaven benchmark but that was on ultra settings and using a 2560 resolution.

If you just had ONE GPU I would recommend the new vent base. We have a customer in America who has a air cooled SLI set up, he wants to use a vent base but needs the extra 25mm height to allow for fans. We are going to make him some kind of add-on feet system.

I would propose that you grab a case, install the cards, make an awesome build and run some tests. It wont be dangerously hot but if it is somewhat too hot for your preference we should have this new raising feet system that we won't be charging more than material cost for.

a set of 980 would be fine in this case as long as you have a pair of decent fans in the front and back.

as Justin mentioned, they dont run hot at all

These are many of the reasons why I (we?) love Parvum! Although their cases are not to my particular taste (I'm more of a minimal, subdued looks kinda guy), I'm still really excited every time something new comes along or when I can read a Parvum build log! :)

Keep up the great work guys! I personally don't find Parvum cases that expensive considering the uniqueness, time and effort that goes into them - you can see where your money goes. :)
