Pass Plus, how long does it take for certificate to turn up?

Hi,

As title, i did my pass plus about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I missed a Packet from Royal Fail on Friday that was too big for letterbox, could this be it?. I thought it would just be in an envelope so i doubt it is but i haven't ordered anything so heres hoping.

Its an A4 size certificate so probs wont fit through letterbox

I get A4 letters all the time fine :confused:

On a side note, can you take the pass plus once you are already insured on a car and driving?

I passed last year, but have not got round since to take the pass plus course.

I assume it is still possible no?

Postmen usually fold the envelope so it fits in your letter box no problems.

Its probably a free razor i applied for ages ago or something then. Ill just have to ring my driving instructor. How long does it take for them to send it usually?.

AFAIK you can take it upto 2 or 3 years after u get your license.

I took pass plus over a year ago so can't really remember the exact time frame, however I do remember it taking quite a while - I'd say give it another week mate.

I posted mine off at the end of last week. i was told by my instructor it would take about a week before i recieved it. did you photocopy your document before you sent it off ?

He said he was going to send it off, i didn't get any documents.

I would get on to the pass plus department and check if they've recieved your pass plus report form, if not i would ring your instructor again and get another report done

Cheers, yeah I'll text my instructor tomorrow and see what he says. Luckily I'm having a hard time deciding on a car so I'm not in that much of a rush. Well I'll just see what this packet i missed delivery of is before i go ringing up places, its probably some free crap but you never know.

Pretty sure you have to take it within a year of passing.
