What pass has the most unrestricted access? Possibly this pink VIP one, with access to the pit, paddock and starting grid at any time?

I don't think any passes give you access to the grid 'at any time'. It's closed to everyone while the race is on.

It's kind of a thank you for lifetime achievement.
It's pretty much an access all areas one. Although, if you've got one of those, you're well known enough to not need it.

I saw purple media ones at Monaco, with Grid written on the lanyard. Nico Rosberg had a green VIP pass with grid written on the lanyard. Also saw grey FIA passes that Jean Todt was wearing.

It looks like the grid, paddock and pit lane are separate passes, as many people had 4 or 5 on at once.

Depends who you know with a very special pass as well. I’m lucky I know somebody who has a very special pass and that let us watch the GP from in the FIA pit and witness the post race weigh in etc
