DO NOT PUT A PRESSURE WASHER ANYWHERE NEAR A BIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You'll drive water into the electrics and drive grease out of your bearings, a low power hose is more than enough.
I wouldn't take it to a hand car wash either, but that's purely because I trust no one else with my bike.
If you're only planning on taking it out when it's going to be relatively dry and therefore not going to be building up layers of commuting grime then a quick spray down with one of the many bike spray cleaners such as Muc Off and then a hose down will be more than enough.
I'd ACF50 any chrome once you've washed it and given it a dry with a chamois, spray some on a cloth and wipe down all your chrome. Get the big bottle not the aerosol it'll last much longer and the spray from the aerosol is crap, you don't need to put a massive amount on the cloth a little goes a long way.
