The 270 passive edition may not run at 90c though or reach it's thermal limit the big factor will be how much airflow and ventilation there is in your case. That's the problem with passive cards no matter how efficient or low power they heat up fairly quickly if you little or no airflow, the 270 linked above would really struggle inside a small form factor case. I wouldn't say silent computing is impossible but you really have got to think it out and be aware of the limitations your placing on your components. IMO you could get a chunky CPU heatsink and a OCUK Tech Labs 750Ti or the passive 270 edition video card and buy a couple of Noctua NF 12's and run them on their lowest settings and that would keep your whole system a lot more stable.
