It's ok, but seems to use very simple rules.
It certainly doesn't seem to do anything clever like look for anything obvious like dates and/or words/names.
My first name followed by my date of birth is apparently a strong password. If I had a longer first name, eg Christopher and just added a date to the end of it, eg Christopher12585 then apparently that is the 'Best' password security.
A little misleading.
As far as I can tell it is just looking for the usual rules:
At least x letters
At least one capital
At least one number
