Password Managers

So.. I'm after a password manager app that I can put on my iOS devices, my Mac, and my windows laptop. I want something that will sync between the devices.

I've seen a few out there, and mSecure fits the bill nicely, apart from the fact I'd have to pay $19.99 for windows laptop, $19.99 for my Mac and then £6.99 for my iPhone and other iOS devices !

Has anyone got any suggestions of others that fit the bill, but not quite so pricey?

I really like 1Password + dropbox but unfortunately it doesn't solve the price issue.

Can't recommend this enough, and if you feel that the security of KeePass database file isn't enough, you can always store it in a small TrueCrypt container (or anything similar, but then you probably won't be able to use it with iOS/Android devices) before uploading it to Dropbox.

LastPass works nicely for the short moment I used it, but I found KeePass to be much cleaner in my option, so I stayed with that.

I use KeePass, but found a slight issue with storing the files in dropbox.

If you do this, and forget the dropbox password, well, how you gonna get use it

I've always found Lastpass to work quite well but there is an annual fee should you want it on a mobile device.

KeePass. The database is synced using Dropbox. Enable key file support (this mustn't touch Dropbox).

iPad & iPhone: KyPass (supports Dropbox & key files).

Another vote for Keepass here. The Keepass database can be made harder to crack, by using different algorithiums, and more crypto cycles.

And even better, it's completely free.

There are also several versions that work on a wide variety of OS's and devices.
