Password reset

can anyone advise who I need to message to reset my password as the link on the site won't work in any of my devices?

This forum. Forgotton my password so can't log in on web browsers that I use. But managed to get on using chrome that had remebered password

if it helps, you can go into the chrome settings, then to passwords, type in your windows password and view the saved password for this site. If you don't fancy resetting it that is.

I lost my old account too because I didn't get a confirmation e-mail for change of e-mail address and now it's locked. I tried contacting support 4 times with zero response.

Surely that is pretty bad if someone else looks there? then they can find your passwords.

Yep, it really is quite bad for security and has been picked up upon in the tech news before

it is googles policy that you should only save passwords on private computers. This to them means you and only you can access it.

Plus unless they know your Computer password they can't access that part of the browser!
