Paste & Go for FF3?

Can anyone link me to it? Can't seem to find it, or the one I can find isn't compatible.

There probably is not one yet, but if you have a URL in your clipboard and open a new tab FF3 will automatically load it, which might help a little.

Doesn't work for me... sure this isn't an extension thing?

I'm sure Paste + Go will work fine if you go into about:config, create a value called extensions.checkCompatibility and set it to false.
