paste question

i got the tuniq 120 a few weeks ago and used the paste that comes with it (not sure if its ceramic or silver, probably ceramic). Anyway my temps always remain about the same - around 40c for the motherboard and like 1 more for the cpu - 41. Now even if the computers been on for a week without a break i can touch the tuniq 120 and its still cold - this isnt normal is it??

I have artic silver from my last build back in jan 2004 and im just wondering would it still be ok to use and would it be worth using it? if so whats the best way to clean the old paste off the tuniq?

Some will probably recommend special cleaning fluid but I use an old glasses cleaner cloth, very soft silk. Get its nice and shiny.

When cleaning off paste I use white sprits and a cloth. Works a charm.

While you've got your cpu nice and clean take a look to see if it's concave aswell, that can cause temperature issues.
