i believe the physical disk version was a mistake as the devs said there is no physical pc version, same reason i cancelled my £12 argos order

As regards to the Amazon/ Argos version, I think they will either send you a CD key via post or email which you can then redeem via the Steam store meaning you don't need to 'faf about' getting a disk, installing the game and THEN receiving updates for it during initial launch.

That preview sounds promising. The only niggling worry is the possibility for griefing in a multi-part level, but that's out of the developer's control.

I agree. The best way to tackle that would probably mean playing with only people who you know. That way, you can develop your tactics whilst being an effective team. It's what me and a few friends did with PAYDAY: The Heist.

Beta's pretty good actually, some little things annoy me, but I'll get over them.

It seems it's what the first should have been rather than just a rip of L4D2
