Text LINK to the required number on Friday, got a message within seconds to say it will take 48 hours to process etc. etc.
After 2 calls and 3 working days, still no text to confirm my switch of tariff.
O2 advisers don't even seem to know much about this new tariff.
Anyone else experiencing a delay getting switched over?
I am talking about the tariff that gives unlimited O2 to O2 texts for £10, or unlimited O2 to O2 texts plus free calls to O2 numbers for £15 a month.
