PAYG Sim question

Is it possible to get a free PAYG sim which does not require a top up every month (or every other month)? I want a 2nd phone which will be primarily used to receive calls and make the occasional call, and I don't want to be forced to top it up every so often.

get an 02 sim i think ur ok not to topup every month if ur receiving calls and make the odd 1 but i think u got 6 months between topups unless they changed it

orange virgin payg sim doesn't require you top it up at all, you can still recieve calls permently, i must have topped my phone up £10 approx last april and still works fine.

obviously my £10 ran dry along time ago.... who nowadays can keep credit on their phone without using it lol
