They say being unverified is "not necessary" so that should mean withdrawing money from AlertPay to my bank should be all gravy and chips?

essentially there the same thing, transferring money from one bank account to another - if its a person transferring money to another person its free however when a business account is sending or receiving a transfer the banks tend to charge for the service.

Wiring money is a more US centric term, but is usually used to signify transfer money internationally.

why don't you tell us what your trying to do and i might be able to offer some suggestion of the method you could use?
 
What I am doing is accepting some payments from other people, just personal payments (not a bussiness). Paypal seems to work for the time but I don't want the guys to lock my account or anythng.
