Because it wasn't £30-40, but £25. I wish I'd taken screenshots of the store's webpage, reviews and UK postal address.
 
Just laugh at the picture, and write it off. You could probably license the picture and make more money from that!:p:p

You've already wasted 3 months waiting for it to arrive - just forget about it and get on with things. Sounds like you've spent enough time already chasing/filing disputes etc

You're probably right, but the odd email over the course of a few months isn't too taxing, so I'll exhaust my options with PayPal and then move on.

We picked him up a rigid pool from the corner tatt shop. Which he promptly dispatched with a few carefully placed bites. And now, it appears, we're well into autumn and the need of a pool has vanished.
 
I don’t understand people who buy things from these Instagram or Facebook adverts, seems to be mostly cheap or knock off stuff
