paypal - how do i cancel a subscription?

i need to cancel a monthly payment, but i can't see the link to do this. anyone point me in the right direction?

Do you mean cancel an automatic monthly payment out of your paypal account and into someone else's?

its a paypal thing... i should be able to do it from paypal.

dont know mate, dont use paypal a lot. if you have online banking a direct debit can be cancelled there.

just as easy

No no, don't just cancel your DD, that will create all sorts of hassle.

To cancel a subscription (and I agree, this is VERY hard to find) go to:
- My Account - history
On the search pull-down list, find 'subscriptions' , then 'search'.

This should then give you a list of your subscriptions with an option to cancel.

It's as if PayPal would rather you didn't find it :rolleyes:

I did a search on PayPals help page, this is what was retured:

1. Click the My Account tab.
2. Click the History tab
3. Click the Details of the subscription in question
4. Click Cancel Subscription
5. You have successfully cancelled the subscriber's subscription.

Took me a while to figure this one out my self.

If you go to History, and then search for the Subscription Creation, you should be able to cancel it from there.
