I recently purchased an item off Ebay that was in 'mint condition'. It wasn't so I opened up a paypal dispute, that went to a claim and paypal said send it back to the seller.
Item was sent special delivery and the tracking number checker said the delivery was successful.
Paypal now want to see a copy of my 'proof of postage'.
Why is this? Can they not just look at the tracking number?
