Can you pay into someone's Paypal account with a credit card, if you don't have Paypal account??

i dont think so. because the account has to be set up with the credit card

No you cant... because you pay through someones email address, no ther way, you need to put your details into a paypal acount

It doesnt take much afaik, same as any cc payment you have to fill out a form. I dont think confirming email, etc is needed
