Unfortuantely with new paypal accounts, there is a 21 day waiting time before you can transfer the money out of the Paypal Balance across to your account (it sits as Pending for 21 days).

Ok.

Use current good standing account.
Then carry on with posting stuff to the address.

Make sure you put something like "Items" in the invoice.

then give paypal the tracking.

Your side of the Payment Policy is upheld.

Thats why you tell them it can be picked up after the money has been cleared.

They don't use a courier, they actually pick it up themselves or simply use a mate.

Tell that you'll happily accept payment via Western Union money transfer. Bet you never hear from them again.

(WU is fine if you're ACCEPTING cash, just not safe to SEND it)

Tell them you only accept payment in gold sovereigns.. Arrange a meeting in a shady hotel in Amsterdam.

Tell them they can only pick it up once the money has successfully been withdrawn to your bank account.
If they are genuine, they will go through with it.
