Paypal question

Bashing my head against a wall here. We accept donations on our forum and one of our American members wants to donate. He gets to a point on Visa where he has to select country of residence / donation and he can't select United States. It's a bit vague as I've only got a couple of PMs from him and he doesn't reply very often so going with luck a bit here. Any ideas?

Paypal has nothing to do with Visa, so can't see what your paypal question is ?

Thanks for the replies chaps. I've done a bit more research and it seems the guy misread "county" as "country". I replicated it myself and he's correct, even selecting United States from the drop down still only gives UK county options. I've asked him to leave it blank and try again. We'll see

Right, so apparently leaving it blank won't let him proceed which is annoying. If anyone wants to have a look (and it'd be greatly appreciated), click here. There's a little donate box at the bottom right which will open the screen. If you select United States, the county list stays as UK. No idea how to change this.

When I select United States, everything switches to US style addresses. Asks for zip code, state etc. Using Google Chrome.

That's so strange, if I mess around a bit (nothing particular, just trying logged in, not logged in, etc) it eventually works. I have no idea what's going on. I've replied to him, let's see what happens.
