Bought an item of ebay after checking with the seller the exact specs as the description was not clear. After being reassured and been offered also a couple of accessories for free, I paid for the item and to my disappointment received an item with different specs and no accessories. Not the first time it has happened to me  but seller was apologetic offering a partial refund and promising to send the accessories. Unfortunately I never received anything and after 2 weeks of waiting I told the seller that I would have to open a case with paypal. Paypal issued a full refund and now I am left with both the item and the money. Haven't heard from the seller but should I offer a partial refund?

Seems like it but is clearly unfair. I think I will just wait for the seller to send all the agreed items before returning the money.

accept what paypal have decided and move on......you're too soft for your own good!

I had my first paypal claim go the same way. Ordered 4 batteries from a business and they sent one. 5-6 weeks later and still no update, paypal refunded me the whole transaction. I'm not going to be dealing or sending anything to that supplier again.
