PayPal scam email?

Literally 2 words in and you should know its a fake.

Just looked in my yahoo account and I have one too, yahoo did a good job however and sent it straight to spam. Mine started off "dear client" and talked about my account being limited. I have 2 step verification on my account however via my mobile phone, so the scammer wouldn't have been successful even if I was dumb enough to fall for it.
