wonder what the NHS will get this year? pay review body is _late_ meeting with the trusts so I doubt it'll be decided before Aug. maybe gov will kick it till after election?

Hoping for 20%+ for a single year deal, to catch up with what was lost over the last 2/3 years. Union still in negotiation with meetings this week, so hopefully will get a sensible deal to vote on soon, thankfully the union have been strong and sensible and outright rejected any stupid low ball 'offers'.

3.5% this year. Is pretty pants but the company has recently taken on some contracts with negative margin as a strategic thing. Not quite sure how losing money is a good business strategy. The other product and material lines though have good margins.

The shop floor turned down a 2% raise this year (different time of pay deal). They will have to take some industrial action now.

Got 9% last year, but given inflation that was just treading water. Company isn't doing that well at the moment, so expecting this year (announced in June as financial year is July to June) to be tiny if not non existent.

Last year we got 9.7%, I understand our union is asking for a 34% rise. The yearly pay scale increment is 1.75% regardless. Most likely get something less than 10%. Realistically unless you get above 10% you aren’t even getting a payrise just keeping up with rising costs..
