Are these pretty good for cooling, when overclocking on air?

Also to add has anyone got one recently and was it with the 2 120MM Fans?

Im very Pleased with my case, not ideal for watercooling unless you have the need for modding the case

, im in the process of modding mine so i can my watercooling kit on the gaouuuuu!
