PC and iPhone help

I have a 1.1.4 jailbroken iphone using the Ziphone thing and I have downloaded some themes to my desktop. I need an application to transfer them to the phone to be used..Or any other method.

Please help

Probably the best way would be to SSH into your iPhone and dump the files on there.

I am trying to connect using Putty but it wont let me type anything when I try to log into my phone under password.

Do you have OpenSSH installed on your iPhone?

Yeah I do. I am currently inside my phone using an SSH connection on my mac with cyberduck.. I can't find the summerboard folder at all though.

All I want to do is install these downloaded themes I found on the internet.
