PC boot won't TRIED EVERYTHING

Have you taken the sata data cable out of the motherboard ?

PSU, Motherboard, CPU, one stick of RAM. try and see if it will boot up.

Out of intless are you using any extension power cables ?
 
Have you tried reseating your CPU and making sure there is no bent pins ? Also test it with the cpu cooler not tightened down just held there incase you are over tightening the cooler. Then make sure to try all the ram in. If that fails try 1 stick in the ram slot nearest the cpu not as your video shows the last slot. Also remove all other connections including the sata cables from the motherboard.
